About the agency
This highly integrated communications agency works across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors, delivering more than traditional PR. With in-house production and talent management capabilities, the team brings together strategic communications, creative concepts, experiential activations and content production to deliver genuinely integrated campaigns.
Working across an exciting portfolio of established and emerging brands, the agency has delivered everything from high-profile product launches and influencer experiences to major brand partnerships, retail activations and large-scale events. The team also represents a network of creative talent, including photographers, videographers, directors and stylists, providing access to exceptional in-house resources and the opportunity to bring ambitious ideas to life from concept through to execution.
Benefits & Culture
You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team where PR and production work closely together, creating an environment that encourages fresh thinking, knowledge sharing and genuine ownership of your work. The agency values initiative, creativity and a hands-on mindset, with plenty of scope to contribute ideas, take on new challenges and grow alongside the business. Benefits include:
- 4 additional days of annual leave each year.

- Strong experience managing production logistics, suppliers, budgets and timelines across shoots, content, activations or events.
The ideal candidate:
- A strong creative thinker who can contribute to the idea itself, not just manage the execution. You have a clear point of view on what makes creative work effective and know how to translate an idea into a practical production plan.

- Highly organised and commercially minded, with strong budget management skills and the ability to make sensible trade-offs around scope, timing and resources.
- Confident managing clients and stakeholders, able to explain production recommendations, flag challenges early and provide practical solutions.
- Experienced in leading shoots and productions on the ground, with strong attention to detail and the ability to protect the creative vision through to final delivery.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, comfortable managing multiple projects and adapting when production plans change.
- A genuine interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle and culture, with an instinct for the visual and creative standards expected across these industries.
