About the job

  • This Account Director role will see you working with clients through different channels, from being a media event to a large scale activation
  • You will be required to manage several projects and juggle multiple clients at one time, managing expectations and ensuring a high quality of work is achieved
  • Analyse PR outcomes and interpreting data
  • Manage the PR team while at times delegating tasks and responsibilities
  • Take control of the agency budget and manage it efficiently
  • Present your findings to other clients as well as stakeholders
  • Nurture new talent and clients
  • Be a core influence on the business growth through the current portfolio of clients


About You

  • You will ideally be an established PR Account Director at another agency or an experienced Senior Account Manager who is ready to develop your career in a more senior role
  • You’ll have a genuine passion for the types of campaigns the agency produces and may have already worked on similar projects, with the ability to show examples of this work
  • You’ll have started to build a grounding in strategic thinking – looking at the how, what, and why of how to solve a communications challenge.
  • Your experience in client management and client counsel will be put to good use. You’ll have the ability to lead your team and clients alike.
