• As an international PR agency, they have offices and partner agencies in every continent, with 120 people in the London office working across all sectors, from tech to consumer to public affairs.
• In the consumer team, you’ll be working alongside their new MD, a former board director from Hope & Glory and their new creative director coming from M&C Saatchi and Grayling.
• This role occupies a generalist consumer PR portfolio across a variety of sectors; sport, travel, lifestyle and consumer tech.
• At this agency, you could find yourself running international nature photography competitions or even creating limited edition fashion lines with one of your clients.
• Even from the London office, their work is global across both PR and influencer marketing, and they’ll offer you an opportunity to work not only on the consumer work but across broad integrated campaigns too.

About the job

• This role is for an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director with consumer PR experience. Any experience in big brand and lifestyle PR is ideal for this role.
• Your portfolio will be rooted in a varied consumer portfolio, spanning dating apps, travel, sports sponsorship and more.
• Your key responsibilities will surround running accounts strategically, and overseeing AM/SAMs in their day to day leading, and planning across a variety of campaigns, ideating on the creative for clients.
• You’ll be the key point of contact across all of your accounts.
• You’ll be working on larger campaign activations, as well as press office work, working in tandem with other departments in the agency.
• It’ll be important to lead by example and get stuck into the selling-in at times too, whilst guiding and training your juniors.

About you 

• To be considered for this role you’ll need to be an experienced PR Senior Account Manager or Account Director with agency side experience. Candidates from an inhouse background will be considered if they have had agency experience at some point.
• You’ll need to have big brand consumer and lifestyle PR experience in this role.
• You’ll have the gravitas and experience to maintain and develop client relationships, as well as handling challenges in this sphere.
• You’ll have a strong grasp of media relations with an excellent network of contacts.
• A good understanding of the evolving media landscape is essential too.
• You’ll have built a strong grounding in strategic thinking – looking at the how, what and why of how to solve a communications challenge. 
• Your experience in client management and client counsel will be very strong. You’ll know how to lead from the front and manage expectations.
• You’ll have experience in guiding and supporting junior staff and line managing.
