Duties and Responsibilities
- You will build and maintain relationships with journalists and key media to secure coverage for clients.
- You will develop engaging press releases, pitches, and other written material to effectively communicate clients’ messages.
- You will work alongside a team of specialists to be involved in all aspects of planning, execution and client servicing.
- You will track media coverage, analyse results, and provide regular reports to clients on the performance of PR efforts.
- You will stay informed on industry trends and media landscape to identify new opportunities for the client.
Experience Required
- You are an Account Executive, or a seasoned Account Coordinator ready for the step up, coming from a PR agency.
- You have relevant qualifications in PR/Communications/Journalism or equivalent experience.
- Love of storytelling and writing.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
