About the Agency

When it comes to B2B Tech PR, this is a PR firm that should be on your consideration list. They have the culture and vibe of a boutique agency, with the integrated capabilities of a large agency.

The team of 60 people include digital, social, research, analytics, PR, and creative divisions. Therefore, major tech brands (think as big as Facebook and Apple) choose this agency to handle their tech, corporate and consumer reputation.

On behalf of their clients, they have launched the UK’s first 5G network, helped the UK’s largest retail robotics company elevate their employer brand, and are putting Britain on the map to become the world leaders in autonomous driving technology.

As you can see, it’s meaty subjects they tackle, meaning you can say goodbye to boring data warehouse clients.

Culture

At the heart of this agency is collaboration. Their swanky new “hot desk” only offices have a rooftop bar, subsidised cafe, and breakout spaces for creative thinking.

They are part of a larger group so it’s likely on any given day you’ll be sitting next to a Creative Director from an ad agency or an Account Director from a social media agency. This cross pollination of teams encourages broader thinking.

  • Good work life balance – it’s rare that you’ll work past 6pm
  • Hybrid working if you want it. It’s 2 days in the office, and the rest from wherever you’d like.
  • Industry leading training & development – from experts on developing unbiased thinking, to psychologists on the power of the mind, you’ll experience training that’s hard to find in many other agencies.
  • Excellent social life – The rooftop bar and in-house cafe are a meeting place for colleagues. But they’re not the only initiatives. Each month you’ll be invited to a new social activity from crazy golf to axe throwing to drinks at the pub.

Benefits:

  • Now TV subscription
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Weekly team socials on Fridays with cocktail trolleys and buffets – a good balance to that gym membership
  • ‘Stress Busters’ – monthly back/neck/shoulder massages
  • Annual season ticket loan
  • 22 days annual leave + Christmas Shutdown + your birthday off + bank hols
  • Plus a lot more benefits which are outlined in the job spec
