About the job

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering strategic communication strategies and campaigns across a prestigious portfolio of luxury, lifestyle, travel, beauty, and hospitality brands. You will work closely with Account Directors to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns, while taking hands-on ownership of client comms, pitching and media outreach, day-to-day execution, reporting and supporting junior team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for your clients, maintaining strong communication and trust and ensuring the delivery of campaigns that align with their brand goals.
  • Supporting the development and execution of strategic communication plans, with responsibility for timelines, resourcing and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Leading the day-to-day running of accounts, preparing WIP notes, running client meetings (independently or with senior support) and reporting.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with media, influencers and brand partners across luxury, travel, hospitality, and beauty.
  • Proactive pitching and follow up with media to ensure expected media coverage is realised.
  • Delivering strong earned media results across print, digital, broadcast, and social platforms
  • Supporting Account Directors and overseeing junior team members, providing clear delegation and support to ensure campaign success and professional growth.
  • Tracking performance and producing post-campaign and post-event reporting with clear metrics and actionable insights.
  • Supporting new business efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations and case studies.
  • You might help launch new luxury hotels, create influencer collaborations for a bespoke perfume brand and work on strategies to position a premium champagne brand. 
  • You’ll be a key point of contact for the client, taking briefs, creating campaigns with the team and keeping the client updated along the way. 

 

About you

Essential experience:

  • You must have PR agency experience and either be at Account Manager level or be ready for a step up from a Senior Account Executive position. 
  • Ideally, you’ll have experience working on luxury lifestyle brands, but broader consumer PR experience will be considered. 

 

The ideal candidate:

  • You’re an experienced PR Account Manager with a genuine passion for lifestyle and luxury brands. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are known for your ability to manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. Confident, organised and solutions-focused, you take ownership of your work and are motivated to deliver outstanding results for both your clients and team
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate an excellent media and influencer relations skill set – an ability to identify news hooks, mentor juniors and write press releases. 
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate strong client management skills. This includes taking briefs from senior stakeholders and showing that you know how to keep a client engaged and on board with the campaign process. 
  • You’ll show a good level of strategic thinking and be able to explain the how, what and why of a campaign.
