About the job
- You’ll be a key member of a fast-growing, passionate team – working on building their growth further and championing their values.
- You’ll begin to manage and grow a team, showing a genuine interest in your juniors’ career and development.
- As the point of contact for your clients, you’ll know the ins and outs of their brand and be in regular contact to build and nurture the relationships in your portfolio.
- As an Account Manager, you’ll learn to support and, down the line, manage AEs / SAEs and help coach them through the business.
- You’ll be working on some key client wins, from the drinks and arts/culture sectors, as well as wider opportunities in different sectors.
About you
- You’ll be at Account Manager level or a strong SAE, ready to step up with big brand PR experience. Ideally, you’ll be coming from an agency background with at least 3 years behind you.
- You’ll have extensive knowledge and contacts within the UK media landscape and be able to demonstrate where you’ve secured coverage within the nationals and lifestyle titles.
- You’ll have a strong understanding of brands and the landscape, knowing how to run big brand campaign activations and bring them to life.
- Clients come to you for strategic advice and you’re not afraid of having difficult conversations and pushing back where needs be.
- An exceptional writer who can change tone for different purposes and have strong skills in persuasive writing.
- You’ll have had opportunities to mentor and guide juniors in your agency, and would like to grow these skills into management skills.
