About the job

This is a senior growth hire – a pivotal leadership role sitting between the founders and their talented SAMs. You’ll be the senior counsel on flagship accounts, steering relationships with confidence and freeing up leadership to focus on agency growth and new business.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Take senior ownership of major accounts, ensuring work is strategic, creative and commercially impactful
  • Lead and inspire account teams, creating space for SAMs to step up while setting the bar for client counsel and delivery
  • Bring sharp strategic thinking to every brief – spotting opportunities, anticipating challenges and shaping campaigns that deliver real impact
  • Play a key role in new business, from growing existing accounts to leading pitches
  • Add energy and expertise to a collaborative, non-hierarchical agency culture where everyone gets stuck in

 

 

About you 

  • PR experience: You’ll bring solid PR agency experience, with at least 18 months at AD level, and proven success leading high-profile consumer campaigns across drinks, lifestyle and entertainment.
  • Team leadership: You know how to inspire and develop teams, delegate effectively, and create space for strong SAMs to step up into future AD roles.
  • Client servicing: A trusted strategic thinker, you provide senior counsel, anticipate challenges, and keep the bigger picture in focus to deliver lasting impact for clients.
  • New business: You have a track record of growing accounts and leading successful pitches, contributing to agency growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
