About the job
- You will join on an ongoing freelance basis, working 5 days p/w for 1 – 2 months.
- You will work on 4 of this agency’s key accounts within the lifestyle, FMCG, and beauty space to develop integrated campaigns that capture attention.
- For some of your clients, you will also be involved in corporate tasks, like crisis comms, briefing of spokespeople, and working on corporate reputation campaigns.
- You will manage an extended portfolio of clients to ensure consistency of work quality across accounts and exceptional outcomes are achieved.
- You will translate client needs into actionable creative briefs and scopes.
- You will independently oversee workstreams, campaigns and projects from brief to planning, implementation delivery and measurement.
- You will manage and oversee a PR team to ensure work and campaigns are delivered to an excellent standard.
- You will closely manage the important accounts and clients for the agency, whilst acting as a light-touch senior contact for smaller accounts to provide space for the development of junior team members.
- You will update the senior team on a need-to-know basis, bringing them into accounts where necessary.
- You will prepare and support the development of materials for senior / board level / c-suite clients, i.e. briefing documents, reports, and plans.
- You will start developing and nurturing a wide network that can lead to new business leads.
- You will work alongside senior leadership to refine and shape the agency’s service propositions for existing clients and new prospects.
- You will lead on major clients to provide senior counsel and develop campaign and media strategies.
About you
- You are an existing Account Director, or a seasoned Senior Account Manager ready for the step up, coming from a PR agency background.
- You have a proven track record of successfully implementing integrated PR campaigns for a range of consumer brand clients.
- Ideally, you have experience working on crisis communications and corporate reputation campaigns.
- Strong relationships with relevant media in the sector.
- Leadership and management skills within a PR environment.
