Latte signs the We Show the Salary pledge to champion pay transparency in PR recruitment.

It’s official. Latte Recruitment is a We Show the Salary supporter – a move which challenges the status-quo and champions salary transparency in PR recruitment.

Our pledge means we’re committed to showing transparent salary information on all of out job ads – every single one. We’ve long been committed to pay transparency (having shown salaries in 99% of our listings for years), but this pledge takes us all the way,  and reinforces what truly matters to our community of PR jobseekers.

By signing the pledge, we’re joining the ranks of some leading PR agencies and Latte clients also leading the way on this issue including Hope&Glory PR, Full Fat, Milk & Honey PR, Rooster and Fight or Flight.

As we gear up to launch our 2025/26 PR salary guide, this feels like the perfect moment to double down on our mission: cutting the BS from recruitment norms and pushing for a fairer, more inclusive industry.

Our pledge builds on other meaningful actions that align with our no-BS philosophy (like being the first recruitment agency to join the Clean Creatives movement, pledging to only recruit for agencies with zero fossil fuel clients). Like with our Clean Creatives pledge, we hope our commitment will spark conversations across the PR and communications industry and encourage others to join the movement towards full pay transparency.
