About the job

  • You’ll utilise your expertise of client management and corporate strategy to best advise the SLT on how to manage situations and keep on the right track.
  • You’ll look after all the resource planning, learning & development, team reviews and oversee the business.
  • Cementing their reputation as experts in the field, you’ll contribute to business strategy and innovation efforts to ensure the consultancy remains cutting edge.
  • You’ll support, lead, and collaborate with the Founder to drive new business initiatives and continually create hype and value amongst clients, candidates, team and potential investors.

 

About you

  • You’ll be at Director or an Associate Director level, from a corporate and London PR agency. 7+ years of experience is required.
  • Managing P&L of a business / division is an area you’re well-versed in. 
  • Your ego is left at the door and you’re passionate about doing work that matters.
  • You’ll have a natural hunch for people and be able to demonstrate where you have managed a growing team and helped with business planning. 
  • You’re creative and interested in ideas, and quick to think outside the box to execute original and impactful campaigns. But you’re also emotionally intelligent and sociable. You show empathy and can earn your clients’ confidence and trust. You support your colleagues, and they support you. 
  • You’re organised and able to handle tight deadlines and multiple tasks without compromising on quality. You’re confident working under pressure. You can adapt quickly and offer solutions in a fast-moving environment, and you’re just as adept working on your own initiative as you are within a team.
