About the agency

An outstanding agency, to have only set up in January 2017 but growing faster than most we know, they are really packing a punch.

In just three years they have grown to a team of 22, picked up a bunch of retained clients and are out on a number of new biz pitches. They’ve also recently hired senior leadership from Brands2Life, Weber Shandwick and Edelman, beefing out both their technology and consumer PR credentials.

About the job

  • This role will take charge of their growing consumer portfolio. In the mix include an on-tap prosecco brand, price comparison website, baby brand and a couple of well-being clients.
  • All senior team members help feed into the agencies growth plans. You’ll work closely with the MD to convert leads into wins, organically grow accounts and manage teams.
  • The work will involve some consumer work – that could be CEO profiling, helping a business to define their brand narrative across consumer & corporate markets.
  • You’ll utilise your experience in strategy & planning, media strategy and creative to deliver campaigns that have an impact.

 

About you

  • You’ll currently be an Associate Director within a PR agency and have experience working on consumer accounts. Some corporate experience is an advantage.
  • You’ll have a solid strategic skill set – the ability to look at a communications challenge or brief and deliver a compelling, how, why, why response.
  • Experience in managing a team and developing skill sets is required
