About the job

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day running of key client accounts
  • Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted and reliable point of contact
  • Drive media relations, including press outreach and journalist engagement
  • Support on CEO and founder profiling, including thought leadership and positioning
  • Help shape and deliver strategic PR campaigns aligned to business objectives
  • Maintain momentum across accounts, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on account direction and strategy

 

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • Has proven experience at the Account Manager level within a PR or communications agency
  • Has a strong background in corporate, tech, or reputation-led PR
  • Is confident managing client relationships and leading day-to-day account delivery
  • Has solid media relations experience with an understanding of how to land coverage
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
  • Is proactive, organised, and able to bring structure to growing accounts
