About the job

As an Account Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated PR and marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll manage your own accounts, mentor junior team members, and act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard and on schedule. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence brand strategy, work across PR, digital, and experiential activations, and gain hands-on experience running high-impact campaigns rather than focusing solely on traditional media relations.

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across multiple clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, journalists, influencers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage junior team members, delegating tasks and supporting their development
  • Secure media coverage and manage influencer and talent collaborations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Contribute to strategic campaign planning and brand growth initiatives

 

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • 4–6 years’ experience in a PR or communications agency environment
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and leading integrated campaigns
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Confident leading teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client objectives into creative campaigns
