About the job

As Account Executive at PEPR, you’ll be involved in delivering high-profile campaigns for world-class hotels, cruise lines, airlines, and destinations, helping to shape how the world experiences travel. You’ll work closely with the team to execute campaigns, create engaging content, and support client relationships, all while contributing to a dynamic and travel-focused agency culture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key media to secure impactful coverage.
  • Write and develop press releases, pitches, and other content to communicate client messages effectively.
  • Support all aspects of campaign planning and execution, including media famils, activations, and experiential events.
  • Track and analyse media coverage and campaign performance, providing insights to the team and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver seamless client servicing and support senior team members where needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on travel, lifestyle, and tourism trends to identify opportunities for clients.
  • Contribute to reporting, presentations, and other client deliverables.

 

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • You are an existing Account Executive (or a senior Account Coordinator ready for the step up) coming from an Australian PR agency.
  • You have experience with consumer brand, with travel PR experience being especially advantageous.
  • You have strong media relationships, a demonstrated ability of securing coverage, and a love for storytelling.
  • Enthusiastic about travel and delivering campaigns that create memorable experiences.
