About Seven Hills

Giving momentum to mission and making voices heard, Seven Hills work exclusively with change-makers - individuals and businesses who are looking to make a global impact on the world.

With a cohort of nearly 50 employees, they have the creative firepower to pack a punch with their thought leadership and purpose-led, B2B (and some B2C!) campaigns.

Not only are they change-makers but also award-winners – recently crowned Consultancy of the Year 2022 (SABRE EMEA) at the PRovoke Media Awards.

A sociable team with a strong collaborative culture and emphasis on a healthy work-life balance, this agency boasts an attractive range of perks in addition to some brilliant training & development initiatives to nurture your career and personal development.

They think big, bring people together, and make great things happen.

Giving momentum to mission

Whether it’s campaigning with The Valuable 500 to get disability inclusion onto the boardroom agenda in FTSE 500 companies, working with robotics companies behind the country’s biggest grocery delivery hubs with Tharsus, or with famed entrepreneur James Chen, and his initiative, Clearly, to provide free glasses to under-privileged communities with no access to eye-care - Seven Hills work with change-makers who want to improve the world.

Everyone they partner with - from major corporations to industry leaders and entrepreneurs - are driven by purpose and impact.

Their work spans two main areas:

Purpose and Impact:

  • Seven Hills knows that businesses can be a force for good - and that trust and credibility are the cornerstones of commercial success amidst an uncertain, political, economic, and environmental backdrop. It understands purpose-led business like no other, leading it to write the book, ‘Mission: How the Best in Business Break Through’ in 2015, on the rise of purpose-led businesses such as Airbnb and Wholefoods. This was coupled with a string of interviews with different business’ founders from across the world.

Investment and Innovation

  • Putting itself in the driving seat of digital growth in the UK, Seven Hills has championed London as the world’s tech capital for over ten years. It has helped tech companies to overcome their biggest challenges, as well as driving economic success from start-ups.

Integrated campaigns

With their own in-house podcast studio and podcast, ‘Change Makers’, hosted by its own co-founder, Michael Hayman Seven Hills help catalyse conversations between those changing the world. They've had guests ranging from Nobel laureates and football players to ground-breaking founders, CEOs, and even the ex-director of the CIA.

You’ll be working on integrated campaigns, alongside in-house creative and design teams and top-tier journalists.

Hybrid & flexible working

With a commitment to a healthy work-life balance, it's rare for the team to work past 6pm. Early finishes are an every-Friday kinda thing, and the office is open Tuesday - Thursday to support a hybrid, flexible working policy.

Tailored flexible working plans are created to support individuals, alongside generous holiday entitlement and a team-wide shutdown over the Christmas & New Year period.

Training and Development

Another thing we love about Seven Hills is their commitment to supporting their team's career and personal development.

Everyone has access to an internal mentorship scheme, and a development fund for external training of your choice. Plus, a culture fund to subsidise an activity of your choosing such as talks, exhibitions or shows.

Throughout the year, Seven Hills invites great campaigners, entrepreneurs and leaders to visit and share their experiences with us. These 'Academy Sessions' have included inspiring talks and workshops with:

  • The Founder of Patagonia,
  • The Founder of Planet Organic
  • The Founder of Black Britain

Diversity & Inclusion

Seven Hills created an internal team force focusing on diversity and inclusion with the aim of driving a diverse recruitment policy, and it partners with King’s College London to diversify its talent pipeline.
