About the job

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic direction and delivery across a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring all client objectives are met including leading client meetings. 
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day senior contact for clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and providing proactive strategic counsel.
  • Own and present strategic recommendations, leading the development of integrated communications plans that support client positioning and brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to identify opportunities for account growth, new initiatives, and enhanced service offerings. 
  • Oversee and mentor account teams, providing guidance, feedback, and leadership to ensure seamless execution and continuous professional development.

 

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • Agency experience at the Account Director level leading multiple B2B technology accounts and a strong track record of delivering standout campaigns and earned coverage.
  • Strong strategic and commercial thinking, with the ability to connect communications strategies to business outcomes.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring senior account teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent client management skills, confident in building senior-level relationships and influencing strategic discussions.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven, able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
