About the job

• Lead the development and execution of overarching strategic PR and integrated marketing communications campaigns across multi-stream consumer accounts.
• Drive high-level media strategy and maintain tier-one media relationships to secure industry-leading coverage for key clients.
• Act as the primary senior contact and trusted advisor for key client stakeholders, overseeing account profitability, resource allocation, and project delivery.
• Provide team leadership by directly managing, mentoring, and inspiring Account Managers and junior staff to support their career progression.
• Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within existing accounts while offering high-level strategic counsel, competitor analysis, and market insights.

About you

Essential experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or an established Account Manager ready to step up within a consumer PR agency environment.
• Minimum 4 – 6+ years of PR agency experience, with a track record of leading accounts autonomously and managing large-scale consumer campaigns.

• You are an advanced strategic thinker with the ability to lead integrated brand strategy and turn data-driven insights into impactful campaigns.
• You possess expert client management and issue/crisis navigation skills, acting as a trusted senior advisor during high-stakes situations.

• You bring a deep passion for consumer culture and brands, with the agility to excel in a fast-paced, high-performing agency setting.
