About the agency

With over two decades of experience, this forward-thinking agency has evolved into an all-encompassing creative powerhouse. They support some of the most influential global and national brands, delivering comprehensive services that blend PR, social, influencer marketing, content, digital, and event management. Despite their growth and diversification, they remain proudly independent, ensuring a unique, nimble approach to every project.

Originally founded by an industry veteran who went on to create a world-renowned alcohol brand, this agency has always been a pioneer in creativity and innovation. Under the leadership of a new MD, whose background in advertising has expanded their creative horizons, they’ve become known for tackling fully integrated, through-the-line campaigns. This was evident in 2023 when they beat leading advertising giants in winning a competitive pitch for a global alcohol brand’s biggest launch in over a decade.

The agency’s commitment to exceptional, non-traditional campaign strategies has not gone unnoticed. They delivered over $700k worth of production in-house in 2023, and they’ve recently led a $1M summer campaign for an iconic alcohol brand, spanning PR, OOH, digital, TVC, and social channels.

Benefits & Culture

The agency operates from their newly renovated, dog-friendly office in the heart of the CBD. The MD is known for her calm and supportive leadership style that prioritises a balanced work environment where results speak louder than hours logged. This focus on well-being translates to minimal overtime and a dynamic yet sustainable workload.

Team retention is stellar: half of the 20-person PR team has been with the agency for over 3 years, with many marking 6 or more years, and their senior leadership team includes directors with tenures of longer than 9 years.
