About the agency

This independent corporate communications agency has spent the last 13 years building a reputation for best-in-class PR. They are a highly specialist team of conscientious, inquisitive experts who deliver sophisticated strategies for major corporate clients across the legal, energy, property, and tech sectors. They have grown every single year of their operation and boast a client retention rate that is enviable in the industry.

Their commercial success directly funds a robust pro-bono program that the team votes on annually. From supporting high-profile whistleblowers to advocating for better laws surrounding IVF. They are the retained agency for the CIPR, campaigning for higher industry standards, and they have acted as the voice for independent law firms during some of the most significant Supreme Court rulings of the decade.

Benefits & Culture

The team is social, supportive, and deeply invested in employee well-being. You’ll find a team that genuinely likes each other, often seen at run clubs, on the netball court, or enjoying a monthly drink at a local Clerkenwell pub. Benefits include:

  • Annual Leave: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + your Birthday off + Christmas office closure.
  • International Team Trips: They take the team away on odd years—past trips include Paris and Bilbao.
  • Culture Club: A dedicated budget that pays for the team to attend art exhibitions and shows.
  • Training & Development: Monthly Lunch & Learns, formal presentation training with external experts, and full CIPR membership for online courses.
  • Sabbatical: An additional two weeks of paid holiday provided upon completion of five years of service.
  • Two large socials a year: Every summer and Christmas, as well as ad hoc pub drinks and cultural interest/fun outings during the working week.
