Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of corporate and financial services clients.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic corporate communications, corporate reputation and executive profiling programs, with exposure to Investor Relations and financial communications initiatives, including shareholder communications and trade media strategy.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic counsel across a range of corporate communications priorities.
  • Mentoring and developing an Account Manager and Senior Account Executive, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to new business proposals and presentations.
  • Leveraging and expanding your network of Australian business and trade journalists to secure high-quality media coverage.
  • Managing account performance, campaign delivery and commercial outcomes to ensure exceptional client service and profitability.

  • Experience in IR and financial communications is highly regarded.
  • You enjoy mentoring junior team members and helping them develop professionally.
