September 2026
Last year, we joined forces with some of the industry’s leading PR agencies on a mission to make salary transparency the status quo. We became (and still are) the only specialist PR recruiter to take the We Show the Salary pledge – something we’re immensely proud of.
Now, we’re taking that commitment one step further… as a sector champion for the PR & Recruitment sector. We hope this inspires more salary transparency and pay equity in PR & Comms, alongside industry-leading agencies like Full Fat, Jack & Grace and Fight or Flight.
This decision reflects our no-BS values and doubles down on our commitment to salary transparency – something we know the industry is calling for. Based on our 2026 talent survey of over 450 PR professionals in 2026:
In a Q&A with We Show the Salary, Simon Brown (MD, Latte Recruitment) said: “Whilst PR agencies have a fairly structured pay scale, the status quo of vague ‘competitive’ listings needs to change. 81% of PR talent surveyed by Latte said they would assume job ads with ‘competitive’ salaries pay below the market rate. Not ideal if you’re trying to engage high-quality talent!
We’re really proud to be a sector champion for the PR & Comms sector – and (currently) the only specialist PR recruitment agency to have taken the pledge. We’re in great company, pledging alongside some of our industry-leading clients.”
