About the job:

  • This role is varied; from driving purpose-led comms, CEO profiling and defining the corporate narrative to help protect brands during a crisis, each day is different.
  • Your clients are flexible but will include a leading MedTech firm, revolutionising  surgery and tackling the biggest issues in the healthcare space.
  • You’ll keep your ear to the ground, constantly looking for new opportunities to get your clients into the news.
  • You’ll drive all things strategy, campaigning and media relations.
  • You’ll be given a great deal of autonomy within the role. At this agency, you’ll get to lead projects from conception to delivery but will always have the guiding hand of an MD.

 

About you:

  • You must be an established Account Director or a Senior Account Manager ready for the next step in the communications industry with corporate reputation experience.
  • Experience working on Healthcare / Health Tech clients in a corporate capacity is essential.
  • You’ll be able to articulate how you have driven and executed a PR campaign before & be able to show strategic thinking.
  • Please note: if your experience is focused around consumer, fashion, travel, luxury or beauty PR, unfortunately, you will not be considered for this role.
  • You’ll have strong media contacts under your belt and be able to show where you have secured coverage.
  • You’re organised and able to handle tight deadlines and multiple tasks without compromising on quality. You’re confident working under pressure. You can adapt quickly and offer solutions in a fast-moving environment, and you’re just as adept working on your own initiative as you are within a team. 
  • You’re creative and interested in ideas, and quick to think outside the box to execute original and impactful campaigns. But you’re also emotionally intelligent and sociable. You show empathy and can earn your clients’ confidence and trust. You support your colleagues and they support you.
