About the job

  • Lead social strategy and campaign development across a portfolio of high-profile, multi-channel clients
  • Own day-to-day client relationships, providing senior counsel, setting campaign direction, and managing approvals
  • Oversee the creation and rollout of content calendars, social copy, and community engagement plans
  • Guide junior team members and help elevate the creative and strategic thinking within the social team
  • Collaborate with PR and influencer teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, distil insights, and present high-impact reporting and recommendations
  • Stay ahead of emerging platform trends and innovations, and proactively identify opportunities for clients to show up in culture

 

About you 

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, ideally within an agency or fast-paced in-house team
  • Confident across content planning, community management and social analytics
  • Deep understanding of platform best practice across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
  • Strong client communication skills, with the ability to lead updates, reports and strategic conversations
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Passionate about social, with a sharp eye for trends, tone and storytelling
