About the agency

It’s a hard task to describe how one agency is different from another. Many agencies are strategic, creative and deliver compelling work. Sometimes it’s just that little bit of magic that makes an agency stand out, and this agency has that.

Our client has one of the best client rosters in town, has grown at a phenomenal rate, and (most importantly) is independent. It’s this independence which makes them an award winner – they can be creative, invest in new services and be flexible without the pressure of a head office telling them how to manage their P&L.

This is an agency where you’ll do work on some of the biggest and most exciting consumer brands and produce career-defining work.

PR shouldn’t be a dirty word, and at this agency, it isn’t. They’re a Clean-Creatives approved PR agency, meaning they don’t take briefs from fossil fuel companies. You’ll always use your creativity for good.

Benefits & Culture

Whether it’s for their outstanding creative campaigns or best-in-class agency culture, they’re easily one of the most awarded PR agencies in the UK (and without doubt, one of the best places for your PR career). From PRWeek, PRCA and PRmoment awards to D&AD Pencils and Cannes Lions, this is not only a great place to work, but a place where you’ll do great work.

Diversity & Inclusion

This agency’s goal is to be a place where everyone can thrive and do the best work of their careers. Proudly retaining the Blueprint diversity kitemark for three years running, they continue to invest in creating a space where everyone feels they belong, and are committed to removing inequality and barriers to progression for ethnic minority comms pros.

They have total gender and ethnic pay parity at every level, and 60% of senior roles are held by women.

About the job

This role sits within the agency’s rapidly expanding social media team, working closely with a specialist Head of Social as part of a small, dedicated unit inside a well-established PR agency. The focus of the role is to elevate the quality and ambition of social output across consumer and lifestyle brands, shifting from reactive, informal content to strategically led, high-production social campaigns that match the agency’s award-winning creative reputation.

You’ll work across a portfolio of iconic brands, partnering with PR, creative, and influencer teams to ensure social is treated as a core strategic channel rather than an afterthought. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands culture, creators, and platforms, and wants to play a visible role in shaping how social is delivered across the agency.

Key responsibilities:

  • You’ll move beyond low-fi, reactive social content to lead high-production, big-brand social campaigns, overseeing shoots, creators and creative craft that reflect the scale and ambition of established brands-not just content captured on a phone.
  • You’ll take full day-to-day ownership of a flexible portfolio of iconic brands, acting as a trusted partner who understands each brand’s tone, ambition and commercial objectives.
  • You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment, confidently moving from briefing to live delivery without losing strategic focus, creative quality or attention to detail.
  • As the team’s social native, you’ll stay deeply connected to emerging trends, creator shifts and platform behaviours, translating cultural insight into smart, actionable recommendations.

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • Is a Social SAE (or AE ready to step up) with a minimum of 2+ years creative agency experience.
  • You’ve had hands-on experience working on large-scale social campaigns with proper production budgets, and you genuinely understand what separates a high-production social shoot from low-fi, reactive UGC.
  •  You’re comfortable taking a brief, shaping it with creative teams, and seeing projects all the way through to delivery, keeping things on track without losing sight of quality.
  •  You’re confident navigating the commercial side of influencer work, from identifying the right talent to handling negotiations and contracts with ease.
  • You’re a true social native-someone who stays curious, keeps up with platform changes, follows creators closely, and enjoys talking about how social behaviour is evolving.
