About the role

This role offers a unique blend of both in-house and agency work.

  • In-house brand: You’ll help bring to life a newly launched wellness platform designed to inspire people to live more balanced lives through education, events, and community experiences. Its offering spans structured programs, online content, and future activations such as collaborations, partnerships, and live events.
  • Agency environment: Alongside this, you’ll be part of a small but highly creative team that partners with clients across lifestyle, travel, and hospitality. Known for their collaborative culture, the team delivers integrated campaigns that put brands at the heart of cultural conversations.

 

Your time will flex between the wellness brand and agency depending on workflow, with scope for your role to evolve more heavily toward the in-house side as the brand grows.

About the job

As Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll combine strategy with hands-on delivery. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and managing content calendars across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Creating video-first content with a strong storytelling focus.
  • Running both paid and organic social activity, while driving growth and engagement across communities.
  • Executing digital campaigns to support launches, events, and activations, with a focus on driving brand awareness, web traffic, and sales.
  • Identifying opportunities for collaborations and ambassador programs, while monitoring analytics and optimising results.

 

About you 

  • 3–5 years’ experience in social and/or digital marketing, either in-house or client-side.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow online audiences and deliver measurable sales outcomes.
  • Hands-on skills in content creation (video capture, editing, copywriting).
  • A genuine interest in wellness and lifestyle sectors.
