About the job

• Support the Showroom Manager with the day-to-day running and presentation of a busy fashion and beauty showroom.
• Coordinate samples, loans, returns, couriers and showroom appointments across media, stylists, VIPs and influencers.
• Assist with editorial requests, media gifting, sample allocation and maintaining accurate stock and contact databases.
• Support client events, fashion weeks, showroom appointments and wider agency projects, including guest management and event logistics.
• Gain exposure to client accounts, reporting, media activity and VIP/talent programs while developing your career within PR.

About you

Essential experience:

• Fashion or beauty retail experience is essential, with an understanding of merchandising, stock management, garment care and customer service. 
• Previous showroom experience is highly desirable, ideally with 6 – 12 months of experience (although candidates with more experience are welcome).

The ideal candidate:

• Comfortable with hands-on showroom administration, including sample tracking, stock management, garment care, loans, returns and courier coordination.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests, samples and deadlines accurately.
• Naturally approachable and customer-focused, with confidence building positive relationships with media, stylists, influencers and VIP visitors.
• Eager to learn, with an interest in fashion, beauty, media, talent and the wider communications industry.
