About the job
- Lead high-impact client campaigns – You’ll take ownership of key integrated accounts, shaping earned-led strategies that span PR, influencer, social and content. You’ll bring proactive ideas to the table and guide campaigns from insight to execution.
- Drive results through media excellence – Media relations will remain central to your role. You’ll develop sharp story angles, pitch to national and vertical media, and regularly secure quality coverage. Newsjacking, calling in favours, and knowing when to pivot are all part of your media playbook.
- Be the strategic heartbeat of the team – Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll act as the go-to lead for your clients while mentoring a team of 4. You’ll formally manage 2 direct reports and play a key role in unblocking issues, building team confidence, and lifting the quality of thinking and delivery.
- Collaborate across disciplines – You’ll work alongside social, influencer and event specialists to deliver seamless, integrated work. You’ll be trusted to spot opportunities for cross-channel impact and work with internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
- Own client relationships and team workflow – You’ll be the senior day-to-day contact across your portfolio, overseeing timelines, budgets and deliverables. You’ll keep work moving, push creative thinking, and maintain trusted, strategic partnerships with your clients.
- Mentor and grow junior talent – Coaching is a major part of this role. You’ll provide structured feedback, support growth plans, and delegate with purpose. Your leadership will help set the tone for a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Step confidently into senior spaces – Whether you’re leading client meetings or responding to new business briefs, you’ll be trusted to lead and will have clear growth potential to work towards AD level.

- You’re a seasoned media specialist – You have a strong network of journalist contacts and a track record of securing consistent coverage across business, consumer, glossy, digital and broadcast outlets. You’re instinctive when it comes to what makes a story, and quick to adapt when things don’t land.
- You lead with confidence and care – You’re approachable, positive, and able to bring the best out of people. You know how to keep your team calm under pressure, and you don’t hold back from jumping in to solve a problem.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments – Juggling priorities, switching gears, and navigating complex client needs comes naturally to you. You’re decisive, solutions-focused and love being the person others rely on to make things happen.
- You’re collaborative – You believe in rolling up your sleeves, pitching in, and treating everyone as equals. You’re all about getting great work out the door.
- You’ve got the maturity and presence to match the role – You know how to read a room, hold your own in senior client conversations, and present ideas with polish.
