About the job

This is a Senior Account Manager role within a bold, creative team known for winning standout brands and delivering high-impact activations rather than traditional press office work. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Leading large-scale consumer PR campaigns for major lifestyle and technology brands within the home and beauty space
  • Developing and delivering creative campaign ideas, influencer activations and cultural moments that drive meaningful coverage and engagement
  • Managing high-impact projects such as influencer experiences, experiential activations, research-led campaigns and creative stunts
  • Overseeing end-to-end campaign delivery, including timelines, budgets, critical paths and stakeholder management
  • Acting as a day-to-day strategic lead for key accounts, managing multiple concurrent briefs within a large client programme
  • Working closely with clients to navigate complex organisational structures and multiple internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape campaign strategy and creative direction
  • Supporting the broader consumer team by contributing to big-brand strategy and helping drive high standards across accounts

 

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • Has strong consumer PR experience, ideally within an agency environment
  • Has experience working with large, recognisable consumer brands and managing complex stakeholder structures
  • Has a proven track record delivering large-scale campaigns, events, influencer activations or creative brand moments
  • Is confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Is comfortable owning budgets, timelines and critical paths while ensuring campaigns deliver on time and to a high standard
  • Can  operate autonomously at the Senior Account Manager level and take real ownership of client work
  • Is naturally proactive and solutions-focused, thriving in a fast-paced and varied agency environment
  • PR experience across consumer lifestyle, tech, home/interiors, beauty, or FMCG-style sectors is beneficial
