We’re looking for a bold, experienced PR leader who’s ready to step into a high-impact Senior Account Director role and grow into the second-in-command of a boutique, founder-led agency that’s scaling fast and working with some of the most exciting brands and founders in Australia.

About the Role

This is more than just leading a team & managing client campaigns. This is your chance to lead an agency into its next evolution.

You will:

  • Lead strategy across an exciting portfolio of high-growth B2B & B2C clients.
  • Drive client results through earned media, narrative development, thought leadership, influencer campaigns and paid opportunities.
  • Be trusted to lead & run the team, develop performance frameworks, and support accountability & growth.
  • Collaborate directly with the Founder on agency-wide innovation, systems and scaling.
  • Help shape culture, challenge ideas, and build a best-in-class team.
  • Be rewarded with performance-based incentives and a clear runway into an MD level position and coaching.

 

 About You

You’re either a Senior Account Director or a high-performing Account Director ready to step up. You bring:

  • 8+ years’ PR agency experience (corporate, B2B tech, or innovation sectors ideal).
  • Strong relationships with relevant media and news outlets.
  • The confidence to lead, direct and manage clients and teams, while still being hands on.
  • A strategic mind and calm energy in fast moving situations.
  • The ability to both zoom out and roll up your sleeves.
  •  A commercial mindset and passion for developing new business and new channels for revenue.
  • Leadership presence – with EQ, maturity, and drive.
