About the agency

Founded in the midst of the COVID chaos, this agency proved that when you have a good business model, the timing for success doesn’t matter.

In less than two years they’ve grown to a team of 7, won a major UK’s renewable energy brand as a client, and created a culture that ensures work-life balance. They are delivering work that you’d be proud of. From campaigning to stop oil production, to helping clients get on the BBC to talk about child protection, they are delivering work that has a positive impact on the world.

If you want to go to work each day knowing that you are having a positive impact, this is an agency to join.

Their clients include (but are not limited to):

  • Major renewable energy provider
  • A VC firm investing in not-for-profit tech-focused purely on stopping climate change
  • A company driving the UK’s push towards electric vehicles
  • A brand that’s helping stop job application fraud

This agency has a beautiful open-plan office, a great work/life balance and provide the team with a lot of autonomy. That means you are given the chance to own and lead projects but with a helping hand when needed. It’s a place where you will feel empowered to do your best work.

Working here will give you the chance to improve professionally. They’ve taken the team on acting courses to help build self-confidence and had top-tier journalists come into the office to help improve the team’s pitching skills. Each individual is set a tailored training & development program on arriving at the agency.

Due to the founders background, you’ll get the chance to utilise his connections and have dinner with editors / senior journalists from major media outlies such as The Times, The Telegraph and Bloomberg.

They also regularly have team socials.
