About the Job:

  • They’re looking for an Account Director to join the team, leading and overseeing multiple key accounts, whilst also having a strong hand in strategy and getting stuck in with the business’ new business outreach. 
  • Your portfolio is confidential, but spans a range of different tech specialties and professional services clients, the team has moved to having quite a diverse portfolio in recent years.
  • A big part of this role is maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to continue unlocking revenue with those clients.
  • You’ll work closely with clients, running the day to day on accounts as well as ideating strategies for them
  • You’ll be line managing a team, and will have to be confident in management, developing and delegation.
  • This agency is a tight-knit crew who learn from one another, so you should be able and willing to train and mentor across the board at the agency.

 

About You:

  • You will be a capable Account Director with 5+ years of B2B experience and/or Technology PR.
  • You will need to have your roots embedded in the industry and B2B/technology contacts in the media are a must. You may not have your boots on the ground for day to day press office, but keeping in touch with relevant media will be essential in building strategies and guiding your juniors.
  • As a company which is growing well, this agency will value your work ethic and ambition as much as they value their work/life balance.
  • Have your finger on the pulse when it comes to emerging political/business issues and communications channels pertinent to this agency’s clients’ business.
  • You will need a wealth of experience in client management as you’ll be managing some of the largest accounts at this agency.
