About the job

  • Your clients could include a multi-billion-dollar household technology brand, a sustainable chocolate brand and an investment firm that is driving a “profit with purpose” strategy. 
  • You’ll get the opportunity to challenge the status quo, help bring these brands CSR credentials to life in new and meaningful ways and drive cross channel strategies that have creative impact. 
  • This role will drive campaigns that are at the intersection of corporate reputation and consumer awareness. 
  • You’ll develop clear and engaging content that is consistent with your clients’ brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs.
  • You will analyse content marketing data, identifying trends and anticipating consumer behaviour.
  • You will perform content audits to assess how well content is performing.

 

About you

  • This role is perfect for someone that wants their work to have meaning. At Milk & Honey they don’t work with any “purpose washing” clients. Their Bcorp certification holds them to account and ensures that when creating comms strategies for brands and their social responsibility efforts, they must be walking the walk. 
  • You will be working as a Digital Account Manager, ideally from an agency background. 
  • You will have proven content strategy experience and demonstrable project management skills.
  • Knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, SEO and SEM is essential.
  • Paid experience (Meta and Google Ads) is highly desirable.
  • You will have effective communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong content presentation skills are required.
  • You’ll be someone who challenges ideas and makes things happen. You’ll be on top of social trends and spot opportunities for your clients.
