About the job

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns across multiple lifestyle and consumer brands
  • Source, vet and negotiate with talent across nano, micro and macro tiers
  • Create influencer briefs, manage timelines, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Support client communication, providing regular updates, handling feedback, and managing approvals
  • Collaborate closely with internal PR and social teams to integrate influencer activity into broader campaigns
  • Track campaign performance and assist with post-campaign reporting and insights

 

About you 

  • 3+ years’ experience working in influencer marketing, ideally within an agency or brand-led environment
  • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and relationships at once with a sharp attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can build rapport with creators and keep clients update
  • Passionate about culture, trends and storytelling – with a good gut feel for brand-fit and talent selection
  • Highly organised, collaborative and ready to take ownership of day-to-day campaign execution
