About the job

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Creative Services Team of 8-10 specialists (design, editorial, digital, and events), fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and creative culture, delivering consistently for 6-8 clients. 
  • Drive the strategy and execution of high-profile, integrated communications campaigns for clients, ensuring seamless delivery across strategy development, digital, content, and high-impact events.
  • Ensure all client work is resourced and managed efficiently and effectively, budget effectively and deliver timely and high quality work. 
  • Work with the CEO and Board members as part of the Senior Leadership Team, from reporting on headline commentary on client portfolio, team performance, traffic lighting and highlighting prospecting opportunities
  • Actively seek and lead new business opportunities from assembling the team to embedding a new client with a 30, 60 and 90 day plan. 

 

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • 10+ years of agency experience with a strong track record of delivering high-quality, fully integrated marketing and communications campaigns for corporate, fast-growth, and not-for-profit clients.
  • You will have a proven track record of end-to-end event management, successfully delivering a wide spectrum of events, from intimate 10-person roundtables to large-scale 250+ attendee summits.
  • Experience as a senior lead across campaign strategy, events, stakeholder engagement and digital communications. 
  • Highly commercial, focused on income generation, meeting targets and spotting potential short falls on client income and a skilled new business pitcher. 
  • A motivated leader of teams, who is a confident and highly experienced client handler.
