About the job

The Content & Design Manager leads the agency’s creative output across content, design, and marketing. This role blends creative strategy with hands-on execution, owning brand consistency, digital presence, and high-impact creative work for both the agency and its clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the agency’s brand, style guide, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Lead content and design strategy across web, social, campaigns, and events
  • Take client briefs and create low-fi video and photography content, owning end-to-end content creation from concept to delivery
  • Design and deliver high-quality creative assets, including digital, social, proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Oversee website design, updates, and ongoing optimisation
  • Mentor junior creatives and uphold creative best practice across the studio
  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives, client work, and new business opportunities
  • Manage suppliers, budgets, timelines, and studio outputs to ensure commercial efficiency

 

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in a content, design, or creative marketing role with a strong portfolio
  • Strategic thinker with strong hands-on design capability and a sharp eye for detail
  • Comfortable taking client briefs and producing hands-on content, including low-fi video and photography for digital and social platforms
  • Confident in leading creative projects, managing stakeholders, and presenting ideas
  • Experienced across digital, social, brand, and campaign design
  • Comfortable mentoring others and balancing creativity with commercial outcomes
