About Fight or Flight

On an inspired mission to disrupt the B2B market, Fight or Flight (FoF) was born to help B2B brands turn heads, raise pulses, and make headlines – why should consumer brands get all the fun?

A boutique Soho-based B2B PR agency

In a sector dominated by whitepapers, webinars, and lacklustre product stories, FoF work with B2B brands that are anything but boring. They create interesting stories and campaigns that demand curiosity, are impossible to ignore, and provoke a human response that earns attention and drives behaviour change. You guessed it – this is where their name comes from.

FoF is packing a punch when it comes to their client work, agency reputation, and team growth. Since launch, they’ve more than trebled their headcount to a team of 30, and made a big name for themselves on the PR awards circuit. They've been on a winning streak since being crowned PRCA's 'New Consultancy of the Year in 2020'. Most recent achievements include:

  •  Winner – EMEA Sabres New Consultancy of the Year 2022
  •  Winner – EMEA Sabres Technology Hardware Campaign 2022
  •  Winner – PRmoment B2B Campaign of the Year 2022
  •  Winner – PRCA New Consultancy of the Year 2021
  •  One of the UK's fastest growing PR agencies (PRovoke)

One of the most impressive things about Fight or Flight is their employee retention. Every effort has been made to foster a culture of unity and togetherness and it shows. In the past 12 months they've had 15 new 'Foffers' join their team.

Flexible, hybrid working

With consciousness and priority placed on supporting a healthy work/life balance, Fight or Flight work flexibly to a hybrid policy. With an inspiring office in the heart of Soho, they encourage the team to meet 2-3 days/week in the office.

B2B brands that are anything but boring

Tapping into the creativity and tactics usually reserved for consumer-brand campaigns, FoF firmly believes there’s no excuse for B2B to be boring. They only take on interesting clients who are open to their out-of-box thinking and ideas.

Since launch, the agency has created the world’s first ‘Dress Release’ for printing firm Roland DG, helped LinkedIn to make sense of the new world of work, launched Sky Connect’s challenger broadband service for SMBs, and brought humble digital health start-up eConsult out of the shadows and into The Independent, Forbes and Sifted.

Diversity & Inclusion

FoF is committed to building an agency that’s inclusive and welcoming to everyone. They put actions to their words, and make moves that have created an agency (and PR sector) where diversity is celebrated and everyone can thrive – professionally and personally.

  • They were one of the first agencies to sign PRCA’s Accessible by Design initiative.
  • Apprentices have been hired through PRCA’s PR & Communications Assistant Standard program, helping pioneer the change to create a more inclusive future for the PR industry.
  • 68% of employees are female, and 40% of senior agency roles are occupied by women – the target for next year (2023) is 50%.
  • 26% of the agency’s permanent employees come from ethnic minority backgrounds.
