About the job

This is an executive leadership role supporting the agency’s ongoing growth as a leading integrated communications group for luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. You’ll work closely with the Founder to refine the agency’s vision, purpose, and market positioning, shaping what the future growth will look like.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the agency business plan, focusing on vision and purpose, business evolution, growth, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee annual planning and revenue forecasting, develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, and drive proactive pitching to generate new fee income.
  • Manage agency operations, including office management, people & culture, IT, finance, and administration.
  • Define and implement the agency’s People & Culture objectives, identify new roles and recruitment needs, develop staff KPIs, and nurture future leaders within the team.
  • Act as the team lead for client strategy, overseeing onboarding for new clients and providing guidance on strategic decisions, campaigns, and communications issues.
  • Oversee agency finance, including P&L management, reporting, and relationships with key suppliers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence across the agency, ensuring high standards in delivery, client service, and internal processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Founder and senior team on growth opportunities, market positioning, and organisational strategy.

 

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • You are a senior PR leader with an equivalent title within a PR agency environment and/or relevant in-house company.
  • You have a proven track record of leading communications strategies for luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • You excel at strategic thinking and translating vision into actionable business and client plans.
  • You have experience leading teams, developing staff, and nurturing talent to build a strong agency culture.
  • You are comfortable managing P&L, budgets, and agency operations, with a clear focus on efficiency and growth.
  • You have a strong client focus, with the ability to counsel senior stakeholders and maintain long-term relationships.
  • You are confident in pitching and business development, with experience generating new revenue streams.
