About the job

As the agency steps into its second decade, they are hiring an Account Director to help shape what the next 10 years will look like in terms of clients, culture, and agency growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading consumer brand accounts with confidence and impact
  • Building trusted client relationships, taking briefs, solving problems, and guiding day-to-day conversations
  • Driving publicity: spotting stories, pitching media, and mentoring the team in media relations
  • Rolling up your sleeves – leading from the front, pitching, and delivering, not just overseeing
  • Empowering the team – coaching, supporting, and enabling them to deliver their best
  • Shaping creative campaigns – turning bold ideas into measurable results
  • Bringing influencer campaign experience and awareness of affiliate as part of the PR mix

 

About you 

  • An Account Director coming from a consumer PR background (or a strong Senior Account Manager ready to make the next step in their career)
  • Strong publicity background – excellent at spotting and pitching stories
  • Client leadership skills – confident in meetings and trusted by clients
  • Strategic creativity – can shape and deliver standout campaign ideas
  • Positive, collaborative attitude – thrives in a team-focused environment
  • Experience with influencer campaigns and an awareness of affiliate is preferred
