PR Account Manager – Fashion/Beauty/Lifestyle

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist and manage PR strategies to support campaign and project development for all designated clients in partnership with senior leadership.  
• Manage day-to-day client communications, including weekly/bi-weekly client WIPs, to ensure key milestones are met and client satisfaction is exceeded. 
• Lead media engagement for key clients to secure leading coverage. 
• Set and manage the delivery of client KPIs and be responsible for client-related financial management.
• Effectively manage junior team members to provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Provide clients with strategic advice, industry knowledge, insights on competitor news, and find proactive opportunities. 

Experience Required

• You are an existing Account Manager, or a seasoned Senior Account Executive ready for the step up, coming from an Australian PR agency.
• Strong relationships with relevant media in the sector. 
• Demonstrated experience crafting strategic communication strategies. 
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience overseeing and mentoring junior team members. 
• Experience in drafting proposals and pitching new business opportunities.
