About the job

This role is for a sharp and adaptable Account Manager who thrives in the space where high-end design meets commercial lifestyle. Beyond managing a press office, you’ll own client relationships, help manage junior team members, and drive creative campaigns and visual storytelling that defines how brands live in the world.

If you are a self-starter who inspires confidence in clients and knows how to navigate everything from luxury showroom activations to fast-paced consumer accounts, this could be the role for you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships and run meetings autonomously as the primary point of contact.
  • Manage account workflows and lead weekly WIP sessions to ensure all deliverables are on track.
  • Oversee press office activity with a focus on home and interiors media.
  • Write expert commentary for spokespeople and manage product-led PR campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver creative events, including guest list management and theme development.
  • Help manage and nurture  junior team members

About you

Essential experience:

  • You must be an established PR Account Manager with a background in consumer lifestyle, interiors, or home brands.

The ideal candidate:

  • You are a highly effective communicator, adept at navigating both the fast-paced commercial landscape of mass-market furniture and the more considered, editorial tone of high-end design.
  • You value a collaborative culture and are keen to spend three days a week in the Camden office, sharing ideas and mentoring junior team members in person.
