About the job
- Lead the creative and strategic direction for a portfolio of iconic fashion and retail brands, ensuring campaigns are both culturally relevant and commercially impactful.
- Serve as the senior client partner for key accounts, including a beloved British high-street fashion brand and a sustainably focused, on-demand footwear label, guiding their PR vision.
- Oversee a fast-paced press office, nurturing top-tier media relationships and securing standout coverage across consumer, lifestyle, and trade publications.
- Shape and execute influencer and talent strategies, from identifying the right cultural collaborators to delivering large-scale, high-visibility activations.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, building a high-performing, collaborative environment that encourages growth and creativity.
- Work closely with senior leadership to inform new business pitches and drive the expansion of the agency’s fashion division.
About you
- You’re an established Account Director with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced agency environments.
- You have a sharp understanding of the fashion and retail landscape, with hands-on experience managing high-street, lifestyle, or sustainable brands.
- As a strategic lead, you excel at overseeing complex press office operations while simultaneously driving high-impact, creative campaigns.
- You have a true “consumer brand sensibility,” knowing how to make fashion brands culturally relevant to audiences far beyond niche luxury.
- Your expertise in influencer marketing and talent collaborations allows you to identify and activate the right partners to fuel brand growth.
- Beyond your campaign successes, you’re a natural leader- someone who enjoys mentoring junior team members and shaping the strategic direction of your division.
