About the agency

This PR agency works at the intersection of celebrity and consumer brand PR. They work with some of the biggest names in British TV – from actors to television hosts, securing red carpet photo opportunities, interviews and TV appearances. About the job

Key responsibilities:

  •  Proactively pitching stories and securing high-quality media coverage across national, consumer and digital titles
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, editors and producers
  • Supporting the delivery of integrated PR campaigns across celebrity, brand and charity clients
  • Assisting with media sell-ins around launches, partnerships, shoots and live moments
  •  Drafting press materials, including releases, media alerts, pitches and briefing documents
  • Attending media events, press days, shoots and occasional out-of-hours activations
  • Monitoring coverage and contributing to client reporting and evaluation
  • Supporting senior team members with day-to-day account management and client liaison

 

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • Has solid experience in a PR agency environment at AE or SAE level, with strong media relations at the core
  • Is confident pitching to journalists and knows how to spot a story angle that will land
  • Is proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working at pace across multiple accounts
  • Brings great attention to detail and strong written communication skills
  • Is enthusiastic about working across celebrity, entertainment and brand PR
  • Is keen to grow long-term within an agency that promotes from within
