Move over Santa, we’ve got our own Nice List – designed specifically for PR job seekers!
This month marks the launch of our annual Nice Lists in partnership with Clean Creatives. Featuring 60 UK agencies and 10 Australian agencies, the 2026 Nice Lists are a celebration of industry commitment and the only directories of PR agencies that have pledged against fossil fuels.
2025 has felt defined by global uncertainty and rollbacks on sustainability commitments. Despite this, roughly 6 in 10 of PR professionals we surveyed this year said it’s important that their employer doesn’t work with fossil fuel clients. That clear majority is why we create the Nice List. As one of the only Clean Creative pledged recruitment agencies, we will continue to celebrate the agencies and leaders who are championing a more sustainable, cleaner future for the communications industry.
This year’s Nice Lists also feature insights from some incredible agency leaders on how the PR industry can (and will!) shape 2026 with sustainability action – it’s safe to say the future of the PR industry is in really good hands.
