  • New business leads are coming through every week, journalists are getting in touch for opinions on everything from an entrepreneurs view of Brexit through to hearing about the latest innovations that VC’s are investing in. 

  • They are a team of 10 and after this hiring round will be a team of 12.

  • The most kick ass thing about this agency is that they offer complete flexible working. In fact, it’s rare that you’d see the whole team in the office on any given day. There are absolutely no expectations around how much time you need to be in the office so if you want to work from home for a month or a day that is okay. 

  • There is a lot of autonomy in this agency so it suits someone who is a self-starter and knows that flexible working is only effective when trust is built. That means work hard and don’t slack off just because you are at home. 

About you 

  • You will currently be at Senior Account Director level in a PR agency working on technology accounts. 

  • You’ll be someone that has a good grasp of the technology media landscape and a general interest in the fast moving tech-start-up world. 

  • A key part of this role is to drive the plans & strategies on each of your accounts and also execute the media relations. As such you’ll be someone that is hands on. 

In this role you will

  • Work across 4-5 accounts – all VC or tech start-up focused. 

  • You’ll help raise the profile during funding rounds, create awareness amongst the tech community of leading VC firms, hero entrepreneurs in the media for their innovations and manage accounts with gusto

  • None of the work is press office focused, rather you will lead on securing hero pieces of coverage within targeted media. 

  • You’ll create and executive plans & strategies for each of your accounts and be involved in new business pitches – all of which are currently non-competitive.

 £60,000 - £70,000
