About You

  • You must be at Associate Director level within a consumer PR agency with some experience working on major brands.  

  • Experience in managing a P&L is not necessary (you’ll be provided training on this)

  • Strong management skills that is focused on collaboration and mentoring. 

  • A proven track record in winning new business pitches and organically growing accounts

  • Integrated campaign, strategy and planning experience

In this role, you will:

  • You will work closely with and be mentored by the Founder of the agency to continue their current growth trajectory. 

  • To begin with you will straddle both operations and senior client work whilst the Founder works with you on operations and takes a creative lead for the agency. 

  • As the agency grows your role will continue on senior client counsel but will handle more of the operations – P&L Management, agency growth, recruitment, team development etc. 

  • You’ll help to create strategies and plans for clients, focus on organic client growth and new business wins. 

  • You will manage a team of 2 x AD’s and a bunch of AM’s, SAE’s and AE’s (Total of 14
    people) 

Salary

£60 000 - £70 000
