About the job

This role will play a key part in managing both a team and clients in the agency’s fastest growing division – consumer technology. 

They are fortunate enough to have an amazing pipeline of new business regularly coming through with some of the world’s biggest consumer tech brands. Whilst this division do the bread and butter work of spec reviews, biggest consumer tech events and media relations, it’s their blockbuster campaigns and kick ass strategies that make it a place you should consider working at. 

They’ve delivered video content which has gone viral and been converted into TV commercials, taken influencers to Snowbombing in Austria to launch a brands new product line and created some of most awarded lifestyle campaigns. 

In this role you will:

  • Manage a team of up to 6 people from AE to SAM level

  • Support the Board Director in senior level client counsel and senior client management

  • Be part of new business – creating decks, campaign ideas and concepts to win new clients

  • Lead planning and strategy sessions 

  • Utilise your strong consumer tech media contacts to secure key pieces of coverage

  • Mentor and develop juniors

  • Activate campaigns 

About You

To be considered for this role we are looking for five key things:

  • Experience PR agency-side or in-house working on consumer tech brands

  • Currently at Account Director level

  • A strong understanding of the consumer tech media landscape (journalists, influencers etc)

  • An interest and passion for the world of consumer tech

  • A collaborative, grounded personality that leads by example

Salary on offer is £40,000 - £46,000 depending on experience.
