About the job
This role will take a lead on 3-4 core accounts. The consumer brands you work on are completely flexible and all accounts are up for grabs. Big travel brands, alcohol brand, retailers, banks, FMCG, automotive + more.
You will own the client relationship, understand their strategy, their commercial & social media objectives and then work with the wider team to ensure this is delivered. Your key responsibilities include:
· Providing insightful, business driven ideas and information which positively impact the client's business
· Account Management and Growth
· Leading and inspiring the internal teams to ensure consistent, timely and excellent delivery of projects
· Take time to understand the data and insight the team provide. Utilise this to impact decisions and campaigns for your client.
· Look for opportunities to organically grow your account and your relationship with the client.
· Working with the senior team to develop innovative thinking that drives creative excellence
· Contribute to business processes, growth, and direction
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to come from an in-house Social Media Manager position or from agency side with a social media focus on either account management or social media strategy.
You’ll have worked on big consumer brands, helped to shape campaigns through insight and have a love for how data impacts a campaign.
You’ll be someone that thrives on solving problems, challenges status quo and wants to work at an agency that is a leader in cutting edge strategy.
