About the agency

Have set up shop in January 2017, this agency has grown to a team of 7, picked up a brilliant client roster and are out on a number of new biz pitches.

This is a really exciting time to join the agency. January & February saw them win another five accounts and hence we are now recruiting two new team members for them. Every person that comes on board plays a key role in the agency’s progress and is rewarded for it, with decent profit related bonuses and flexible working.

The founder and her small team are going after consumer brands that need corporate PR with ambitions to find human sweet spots in the way business talks. The aim is to bring together the power of corporate storytelling with the emotion of consumer campaigns, making stories more beautiful, colourful, inspiring and “simply less complicated”.

However, on the back of a great deal of success for one of their FinTech clients, they now have a bunch of non-competitive new business leads coming through. As such they need someone that get's fintech and can help work with the Head of Corporate & Tech on converting these into wins. 

About the job

This role will see you manage a team of one AM, two SAE’s and one AE. You’ll be involved in campaign creation, leading the account relationships, contributing to new business pitches, budget management and driving campaigns.

You'll take a key lead on the FinTech client base. Currently three core clients and three new non competitive business leads. 

This is a great opportunity to extend beyond your role. You’ll get to really contribute to the agencies growth and have regular access to the Founder.

About you

To be considered for this role our client ideally want candidates to have PR experience of working on FinTech clients. You'll be someone that want's to feel part of and contribute to a team and it's growth. 

You'll be hands on, an ideas person and up for learning new skill sets as the agency continues to expand. 

You'll ideally be at Senior Account Manager level (or in-house equivalent) 


They’re currently based in a beautiful office space in SW London and offer flexible working/work from home days.

They offer standard holidays + flexibility for additional weeks depending on workload.

As we mentioned, these guys generously offer profit-related bonuses. The founder wants everyone to feel invested in the business and hence the bonuses are kind. The more successful the agency, the more the team benefits.

Salary on offer is £36,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
