About the agency
It’s a hard task to describe how one agency is different to another. Many agencies are strategic, creative and deliver compelling work.
Sometimes it’s just that little bit of get up & go that make an agency stand out and this agency has that. They’ve got one of the best client rosters in town, have grown at a phenomenal rate and most importantly are independent. It’s this independence which makes them an award winner – they can be creative, invest in new services and be flexible without the pressure of a head office telling them how to manage their P&L.
On the awards circuit, this is an agency that clean up every year. Best consumer PR agency, best integrated campaign, best technology campaign are all in the awards cabinet.
What’s nice about this agency is that they are proudly PR. Some of the new guys that have popped up recently claim to be going against the grain and almost look down on PR. (yet at the core they are a PR agency).
Well not with our client. They know the value of a great piece of coverage, they know that a PR stunt executed with perfect can create a conversation across the globe and they know that PR’s have shareable ideas across multiple channels down pat. Knowing who they are and being the best without being boastful is what has seen them grow faster than most agencies in the market.
We know you hear it a lot. This is the best agency, this agency has lovely people working in it etc etc. In reality, nearly all agencies have their positives & negatives. We are sure this agency does too. However, when you ask your friends about the reputation of this agencies work culture, we are sure you’ll only hear positives things.
They love collaboration, hold work/life balance in high regard, train their teams to the highest standard and rather than demand it, they’ve created a culture where respect for others is upheld.
