We’re looking for a PR Account Managerfor a PR job in London.
Creativity is at their core & they’ve won a bunch of awards for it
Work with an awesome MD and help win even more awards
This is an agency with an inspiring entrepreneurial approach
Firstly, we completely understand the frustrations of not knowing which agency this role is for (nor the clients and brands you’d be working on). But please give us a quick call and we can reveal this to you with more insight.
First calls are always casual and commitment free. It’s just about giving you a clear understanding of the opportunity and for us to assess whether you’re the right fit for the role. We’ll provide you with upfront and honest detail to guide you in your next move.
About the agency
This agency is on a roll. They won at the most recent PR Week awards and have cleaned up at every awards ceremony they’ve entered since their short existence.
Within a short time, they’ve established themselves as a leading creative agency that delivers on strategy, not just coverage for the sake of it. They’re not interested in delivering work on boring press office functions. Rather, they want to secure coverage that has an impact and they want to ensure that it's part of a wider creative platform.
This is why, with a small team, they're winning both challenger-brand accounts and well-established accounts too. They’re masters at consultation, helping Brand Managers and Founders understand their customer better, and how to engage them.
Working for these guys really is a chance to be part of something while it’s in its exciting early stages, with big things predicted (highly emphasised by their awards cabinet).
They have a work-hard play-hard culture but they’re not a sweat shop by any means. In fact, they’re quite the opposite. They allow for flexibility of working to give everyone the rest they need to perform their best.
It’s an all hands-on deck type of place. Yes, you’ll have your own clients to focus on, but you’ll help out others when their swamped and you can expect the same back.
Training & Development
Staff are regularly encouraged to attend training courses, both internally and externally, while the whole team works on a matrix structure with no silos. You’ll work across different clients with different teammates so you get to know everyone in the office and learn from a wider bank of talent.
In the last three years since they started, they have won, or at the very least been shortlisted, for over 100 industry awards. Need we say more?
About the job
This role will work on five core clients. The client base is flexible depending on your interests and experience. But they could include:
A major bank’s sponsorship of seven music festivals every summer. You’ll be hosting media in the media tents, working with musicians to front campaigns and secure lifestyle coverage and cement the brand at the heart of summertime freedom – use their credit card to make purchases and get discounts on music gigs, food and fashion.
A global dating website, known for their celebrity endorsements and product seeding in Hollywood films. This a fun account to work on. You’ll help the brand strike the right balance between fun, creative brand awareness campaigns and messaging that strikes at the core of their target market looking to find love.
A mixed portfolio of AB InBev whiskies. This is a really great portfolio of brands on which the agency deliver insight led campaigns. For example, they have driven a brand reappraisal for a leading whisky brand to attract younger male drinkers. Rather than just focus on product placement, they looked at the demographics purchasing behaviour, lifestyle aspirations and how they would engage with the brand. The impact? A 78% increase in the target markets propensity to buy the brand.
